Benefits such as the Ford Video Check, where you’ll receive a detailed video of your vehicle’s inspection, with one of our technicians explaining the details along the way. While our Ford Express Service ensures any work in finished as quickly as possible, with two technicians working simultaneously to maximize efficiency.
Arranging your car service with us couldn’t be easier either. We’ve implemented a range of features to help make booking a service more convenient for you. From using our quick and easy Online Service Booking tool, to our 24-hour Key Drop facility, and totally contactless vehicle Pick Up & Delivery – all designed to get your vehicle serviced and back to you in a safe, secure, and easy way as possible.
Ford scheduled service {0 - X}
Keeping to a scheduled service interval maximizes your vehicle’s efficiency and resales value. The Ford Scheduled Service, for new vehicles of {three years and younger}, keeps your Ford in top condition. Carried out by our own technicians using Ford Original Equipment parts, a scheduled service offers added benefits including Video Check, Express Service and 24-hour key drop.
Ford economy service {X+}
For vehicles {over three years old}, you can also choose the Ford Economy Service. It’s carried out to our usual high standard by Ford technicians using Ford Motorcraft Parts®. And, like the Ford Scheduled Service, it offers added benefits including Video Check, Express Service and a 24-hour key drop.

M.O.T
If your car is {over three years old}, it will need an annual {Ministry of Transport (MOT)} test, to ensure it meets the relevant legal road safety and environmental standards. When your vehicle’s compulsory test is due, one of the best places to bring it is an approved Ford Dealer.

See what our technicians see with our free Ford Video Check, sent straight to your phone. You’ll receive a video of the 30-point vehicle check, a simple summary of the results and if needed, a no-obligation estimate for any work recommended by our technicians.
Ford express service
Ensuring work to your vehicle is finished as quickly as possible. With our Ford Express Service, two technicians work together to maximise efficiency and save you time. So, in the time it takes you to enjoy a coffee or short walk, your Ford should be serviced and ready to go.
Pick up & delivery
With our special Pick Up & Delivery service, we service your vehicle with minimal personal contact, while you stay safely at home. We’ll arrange a time that suits you, then pick up your car and bring it back to your fully serviced and sanitised*.

24-hour key drop
An around the clock, contactless way to deliver your vehicle for a service. Ford Key Drop forms are available in showrooms. Simply fill these out, then drop them off together with your car key. You can discuss everything else with your Dealer over the telephone or via Ford Video Check.
Courtesy car
Life doesn’t slow down because your vehicle needs servicing. {That’s why many Dealers offer a courtesy car.} While using the Online Service Booking tool, simply choose between a courtesy car or our Pick-Up & Delivery service. {There may be an extra cost, so do check with your Dealer for details.}
Extended opening hours
